  • Food assistance
  • Warm clothing and hygiene supplies for unsheltered individuals
  • Chronic disease management education and support groups for diabetes and high blood pressure

  • Healthy cooking classes for adults and kids
  • Grocery store tours to teach smart shopping skills
  • Food Rx Pantry Program
  • Weight management education
